Will I be charged automatically?: No. Nothing is charged today and no card details are collected during early access. Paid plans will be announced at least 30 days before any charge applies.
What will paid plans cost?: Prices have not been set yet. When they are, they will be published on this page in Namibian Dollar (NAD), excluding 15% VAT, at least 30 days before they apply.
How is VeeWise delivered?: VeeWise is an online service. You use it in your web browser or install it on your phone from the browser. Nothing is shipped.
How do I cancel or close my farm?: You can stop using VeeWise at any time. Export your farm’s data first if you want to keep it, then email peet.vanstaden@smartsolutions.com.na to have your account closed. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds will work once paid plans exist.
