The questions you run the farm on
- How many do I have?
- A count per species of the animals a reader has seen lately. Animals no reader has seen lately, or ever, are shown as unsure, never guessed alive.
- Which ones are missing?
- Stock take lists the animals no reader has seen for months. Record what happened to each one — died, sold, culled or stolen — and your count follows.
- How are they weighing?
- Every weight is kept. Open any animal to see its weights on a chart.
- Where are they?
- Each animal’s last recorded camp, and for every camp the animals counted alive that were last recorded there.
- Treated? When can it go?
- Record a treatment with its withdrawal days and VeeWise shows the date that animal is safe to sell or slaughter.
- No signal in the camp?
- Weigh, treat, add new animals and record deaths or sales anyway. They wait on the phone until you are back in range.

Every female weighing over 40 kg is a rule, not a list. Members change as new weights, moves and records come in — so the group is right on the morning you use it, not on the day you wrote it.
